- Có 23 năm kinh nghiệm sản xuất, giảng dạy, tư vấn và quản lý sản xuất trong ngành công nghệ sinh học, hiện đang là phó Hiệu trưởng trường Đại học Công nghiệp TP.HCM, giảng viên cao cấp Viện Công nghệ Sinh học và Thực phẩm, thành viên chủ chốt của Hiệp hội Thực phẩm Châu Á, Thái Bình Dương. - Có 23 năm kinh nghiệm sản xuất, giảng dạy, tư vấn và quản lý sản xuất trong ngành công nghệ sinh học, hiện đang là phó Hiệu trưởng trường Đại học Công nghiệp TP.HCM, giảng viên cao cấp Viện Công nghệ Sinh học và Thực phẩm, thành viên chủ chốt của Hiệp hội Thực phẩm Châu Á, Thái Bình Dương. Có năng lực kết nối doanh nghiệp trong và ngoài nước thuộc các lĩnh vực Công nghệ Sinh học, Công nghệ Hóa học và vật liệu như dệt nhuộm, chất màu tự nhiên, enzyme, …có khả năng phát triển và áp dụng các kiến thức đang giảng dạy và nghiên cứu khoa học vào thực tế. - Là một trong những thành viên tham gia trong Ban 5S (dự án Jica) của trường Đại học Công nghiệp TP. HCM. - Hiện là trưởng nhóm Nghiên cứu Công nghệ sinh học ứng dụng; và đang cùng các thành viên của nhóm tham gia các dự án nghiên cứu chuyển giao về vi sinh ứng dụng và các chế phẩm sinh học cho nhiều doanh nghiệp. - Đã và đang tham gia đào tạo nhân viên, cải tiến sản xuất các công ty ứng dụng sinh học vào trong quá trình sản xuất. - Đang cùng nhóm nghiên cứu thực hiện dự án Quản lý và cải tiến sản xuất hiệu quả cho các chương trình OCOP thuộc Sóc Trăng. - Tham gia các dự án chuyển đổi số, block chain, .. cho các doanh nghiệp tại Lâm Đồng, Long An, Sóc Trăng. - Chủ trì và tham gia các dự án liên quan đến tạo lập, khai thác và phát triển nhãn hiệu chứng nhận cho các sản phẩm bản địa tại Bến Tre, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu. - Đã và đang chủ trì các dự án quốc tế liên quan đến Vi sinh ứng dụng. - Hiện tại đã thực hiện chuyển giao công nghệ cho công ty TNHH Cẩm Thiều. Đang là cố vấn kỹ thuật cho công ty TNHH Quốc tế Song Nga. Tư vấn cho công ty Ngọc Yến Minh, Cố vấn cho công ty Hoàng Thu Yến. Làm chuyên gia cho BSA (Trung tâm nghiên cứu kinh doanh và hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp) và SIHUB
